FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING (FRC®)

Optimizing your joints based on scientific principals and research to strengthen and protect your body.

Standout WIth FRC®

What is FRC®?

FRC, or Functional Range Conditioning, is a training system focused on improving joint mobility and control by expanding a person's range of motion while simultaneously teaching the nervous system how to control those new movement ranges, aiming to prevent injuries and enhance overall joint health through active, usable mobility; it often incorporates elements like static stretching, dynamic stretching, and isometric exercises to achieve this goal.

Focus on Joints

Unlike traditional stretching, FRC primarily focuses on training the joints and their surrounding tissues to move through a full range of motion with control.

Developed by Dr. Andreo Spina

This training system was created by Canadian physician Dr. Andreo Spina.

Active Mobility

FRC emphasizes "active" mobility, meaning the ability to not just passively reach a range of motion but to actively control it throughout the movement.

Benefits

Improved joint health, reduced risk of injury, increased flexibility, better movement control, and pain relief.
